VT Cosmetics Reedle Shot Lip Plumper Expert is a lip plumping gloss designed to give lips a dramatic volume effect and a deep, glass-like shine. This "Expert" version is more intense and intended for those accustomed to lip plumpers who desire a stronger effect.

The main plumping ingredient is Anemarrhena Asphodeloides root extract, which moisturizes and visually increases lip volume. The formula is enriched with the patented CICAHYLON™ complex, jojoba oil, Vitamin E, and hyaluronic acid, ensuring deep hydration and maintaining healthy lip condition. The transparent gloss texture is perfect for use alone or over other lip products.

How to use: Use as one of the final steps in your lip makeup routine to add volume to your lips. Apply with the applicator directly onto clean lips or over another lip product (e.g., lipstick) to add extra shine. (Note: You will feel a strong tingling sensation during use – this is a normal plumping reaction).
